CC Tang
Assistant Professor
School of Design
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Some wise guy once said the following about various stages of ad peoples life

For those who can do it, they do. For those who cannot do it, they manage. For those who cannot manage, they teach.

CC has gone through all these.
He was doing it in Hong Kong from 1980 to 1995.
He was managing it in the Greater China region from 1996 to 2005.
And he has been teaching it in Hung Hom at the School of Design, Polytechnic University since September, 2005.
When asked, he reflectively murmured, Do it while you can, it is miserable when you have to manage. Not to mention teach.
He still believes that doing it is, ipso facto, a lot more fun than managing it or teaching it.
