| (i) | Students in any tertiary institutions are eligible to join |
| (ii) | The tertiary institution itself shall be classified as a NGO Member |
| (iii) | Applications under shall be considered at the discretion of the Executive Committee |
| (iv) | This category shall not be eligible to become a member of any of the Association's Committees |
| (v) | This category shall receive news of the Association via newsletters or direct mails, and shall be invited to join any of the Association's social activities, but not any of the internal meetings |
| (vi) | Annual Membership fees $500 |
